Fried Rice with Seaweed Sausage

Prepare the ingredients you need: leftover rice, sliced sausage, beaten eggs, washed and sliced okra, shredded seaweed

Add oil to the pot, pour the egg mixture into the pot and stir fry, and then put it out.

Pour the chopped seaweed into the pan and stir fry until fragrant, then put it out.

Add a little oil to the pot and sauté the garlic.

Pour the sausage slices into the pan and fry until fragrant.

Pour leftover rice into the pot

Pour chopped seaweed into the pot

Add the right amount of salt

Tips:
It is best to use leftover rice for rice, so that the rice particles of scrambled egg fried rice are distinct. If the rice is freshly steamed, let the rice cool before frying.
