Fried Rice with Shrimp and Chicken Assorted Soy Sauce

Wash the shrimp, peel, remove the sand thread, and cut into cubes

Cut the chicken as well

Dice the onion and prepare the chopped green onion and mixed vegetables. If you don’t have mixed vegetables, you can blanch corn, peas and carrots, or prepare other seasonal vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, and fry the soft diced onion

Add the diced chicken, stir fry until half-cooked, add the diced shrimp, add a little cooking wine and salt and stir well

When the prawns are ripe, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry well

Add rice, salt, chicken powder and stir-fry well. Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry before serving. If the taste is heavy, you can add the soy sauce at the same time as the rice, and stir-fry for a while to allow the rice to absorb the soy sauce.
Tips:
The amount of soy sauce can be adjusted according to personal preference.
