Fried Rice with Shrimp and Egg
1.
Place the shrimp in a medium-sized bowl, add the prepared cornstarch, salt and black pepper, stir, and soak at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2.
Turn on the fire and pour the oil into the pot. When the oil temperature rises, pour the shrimp into the pot, and try to heat the shrimp evenly. After about 1 minute, the shrimps are no longer transparent and are golden brown, and then remove them and place them in a bowl.
3.
Heat the oil pan over medium heat, then pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Fry the eggs with a spatula until the eggs are solid, then transfer to a bowl.
4.
After wiping the pan with clean paper towels, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and pour the onion and green onion into the pan until fragrant.
5.
Pour the rice into the pot. Spread evenly and heat for 1-2 minutes, then stir fry again, making a hissing sound.
6.
Spoon rice with soy sauce and mix well.
7.
Add cooked shrimp and cooked eggs to the pot and mix well. Continue to cook until the rice is hot and stir fry from time to time. If necessary, add another tablespoon of soy sauce to taste.
8.
Finally, the fried rice with shrimp and egg is finished! Simply perfect!
