Fried Rice with Shrimp and Egg
1.
Peel the remaining sea prawns and set aside.
2.
Stir the garlic in a hot pan with cold oil.
3.
Add the beaten eggs and stir-fry them.
4.
Add shrimp and eggs and stir fry together.
5.
Pour in rice and stir fry, pour some cooking wine to increase the fragrance.
6.
Finally, add salt and chopped green onion and stir fry.
Tips:
The color is so good that I am almost drooling.
