Fried Rice with Shrimp Skin, Three Vegetables and Ginger Wine

Handle the ingredients, clean and dice.

Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil in the pan, and when the oil is green, pour the diced radish, diced green pepper, and diced onion into the pan and stir-fry (a typical lazy approach)

Pour 2 spoons of ginger wine and 1 spoon of salt, and stir fry over low heat.

Add rice and shrimp skins, stir and squeeze with a spatula to mix the ingredients and rice evenly.

Put a little chicken bouillon and stir-fry evenly to start the pan.
