Fried Rice with Spring Bamboo Shoots and Edamame

A moderate amount of cold rice.

Spring bamboo shoots and cut into small dices.

The boiled water is enough to die.

Peeled salted edamame rice.
5.
Cut carrots, millet and pepper into small cubes.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and stir-fry the garlic and pepper until fragrant.

Add carrots and millet peppers and stir fry twice.

Add the spring bamboo shoots and edamame and stir fry a few times.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and stir fry evenly.

Add cold rice.

Tips:
The two children did not eat at the same time. I served half of the rice and vegetables and cooked them twice. Can be fried all at once.
