I returned from a trip in Taiwan and brought back the XO sauce there. In fact, it is the dried small fish and scallop seafood sauce. It tastes very good and fresh. It is best for cooking and rice. It is nutritious and can be purchased online. Don’t look at it called XO sauce. In fact, it is the same XO wine has nothing to do. The name XO is purely because it is delicious enough, just like XO wine is delicious enough, it is legendary.

Ingredients

Fried Rice with Xo Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients according to the ingredient list, beat the eggs for later use, slice small sausages and mushrooms for later use

2. Use a little cooking oil to slide the eggs until they are cooked, remove them and set aside

3. Pour in a little cooking oil, add shrimp and small sausage slices and fry until broken

4. Add the mushroom slices and stir fry until soft

5. Pour in the rice, stir-fry the rice and the ingredients after using it

6. Pour in the fried eggs, green beans and corn kernels and stir fry evenly

7. Add appropriate amount of salt, two tablespoons of XO sauce, continue to stir fry evenly, then it will be out

Tips:

Rice matters should be cooked dry, not too soft, dry rice is easy to fry, it is best to use overnight rice, the water has evaporated, it is better to fry
