Heat oil in the pan, put the salted fish in the pan and fry evenly, do not turn it back and forth, keep the heat on medium

Fry until golden on both sides

Add garlic, ginger, water, light soy sauce, cooking wine, because it is salted fish, so don’t add salt, cover the lid, and simmer for 3~5 minutes

Tips:
1 If you like spicy flavor, you can add red pepper and stir fry to make it more subtle
2The salted fish is marinated by myself. It is made with kopow fish. Dried kopow fish is also sold in the market.
