Fried Sauerkraut
1.
Cut fat pork into small pieces.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of water and a small amount of salt into the pot and fry on a low fire to get fat oil.
3.
Turn off the fire if the pork fat turns golden brown.
4.
It has turned into fragrant oil residue, you can eat it alone, or you can put it on when you stir fry, depending on your personal preference.
5.
Re-start the fire, pour in the sauerkraut and seasonings and stir-fry evenly before eating. It is a very good dish. For those who like green onions, add some more fragrant.
