Aunt Wang next door made sauerkraut by herself and gave me some, haha, thank you so much!
I was thinking about making sauerkraut fish, and it was not easy to take the little guy to buy vegetables. There was no side dish for porridge this day, so I simply fried this!

Fried Sauerkraut with Lard Residue

1. Wash the sauerkraut with clean water, squeeze the water, and chop finely

2. Chop garlic, chopped green onion and set aside;

3. Cut the fat pork into small pieces, fry the oil on a low fire, then add the garlic and shallots to fragrant;

4. Pour sauerkraut and stir-fry evenly;

5. In the meantime, add a little light soy sauce, a teaspoon of sugar to taste and stir well;

6. Just add chopped green onion before serving!

Tips:

Because the sauerkraut is salted and has a salty taste, no salt was added at the end, just a little raw extract! Sugar must be put in, so it tastes delicious! !
