Fried Saury
1.
Marinate the saury with salt, monosodium glutamate and thirteen spices, beat in an egg, add appropriate amount of starch and mix well. (I don’t know how to look at a recipe, fried saury)
2.
Put the oil in the pan, add the saury after the oil is hot, and start frying.
3.
Fry until golden on both sides, and serve on a plate.
