Fried Sausage

Prepare the sausage, thaw it, and soak up the moisture with absorbent paper to avoid splashing in the pan.

Add bottom oil to the pot

Add sausage when it's warm

Fry it until it changes color on both sides

In the plate, absorb the oil with oil-absorbing paper, and sprinkle with seasoning (mixed with cumin salt powder, salt and pepper, and chili powder, as long as the three are mixed, you can add more if you like spicy food)
