Fried Sausage with Dried Beans
1.
A handful of dried beans are ready. Dried beans are made by yourself. When the beans are the cheapest, they can be dried directly in the sun. They will not go bad after a year.
2.
Put the dried beans in cold water and soak for about half an hour. The dried beans will become soft and visibly enlarged.
3.
Wring out the water and cut into sections for later use.
4.
Slice the sausage, slice the green pepper, and shred the ginger for later use.
5.
Put a little oil in the pan, put the sausage slices in the pan, and fry slowly over a medium-low heat to force out all the fat in the sausage.
6.
Scoop out the excess fat from the pan, pour in shredded ginger and stir fry to get a fragrance.
7.
Pour in the dried beans and stir fry until the fat is evenly covered.
8.
Pour half a bowl of water along the side of the pot, and heat until the juice is collected.
9.
Pour in the green chilies and stir fry until they are broken.
10.
Add chopped peppers, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry evenly, and then take out.
Tips:
1. There is a lot of fat in the sausage. Don't put too much oil in the pan when frying. Slowly fry the fat in the sausage on a medium and low fire, so that the sausage is burnt and appetizing, and the oil is not greasy.
2. Dried beans are tougher and have a strong taste. If you like a softer taste, braise it with a little water to make it softer.
3. Chop the peppers for the flavor and the green peppers to enhance the color. This dish is rich in fragrance and particularly appetizing.
