Fungus is more common on our table. Flammulina velutipes tastes soft and refreshing, and Pleurotus eryngii is soft as meat. Adding various vegetables to the fungus tastes better. Today, I added broccoli to the eryngii mushrooms and fried them with steamed sausages. After serving, they are very popular with everyone. It is also a good diet dish.
