Fried Sausage with Snow Pea

Remove the two fascias of snow peas, clean them, and slice the sausage.

Add a little salt and a few drops of vegetable oil to a pot of boiling water. Add snow peas and blanch them immediately to remove and drain the water.

Pour a little oil into the pot, stir-fry the sausages over low heat until the oil comes out, add garlic slices and stir fragrant.

Pour in snow peas and stir fry for a while.

Add a little salt and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
I use Sichuan sausage, which is a bit spicy, and put a little sugar to give it an umami taste. If you use Cantonese sausages with their own sweetness, you can omit the sugar.
