Fried Sausage with Snow Peas

Remove the stems of snow peas, rinse and blanch them in a pot, pick up and set aside.

Heat the cooking oil to 80% hot, pour in the blanched snow peas, stir fry, add a little salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
3.
Pour in the chopped sausage and snow peas and stir fry evenly.
4.
Eat out of the pot.
