Fried Scallops with White Radish

1. Take some puree scallops.

2. Thaw and wash.

3. Take out Beding for use.

4. Cut green onion and ginger.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil.

6. Put table salt.

7. Wash the white radish and shred.

8. Put the shredded radish in the pan and stir fry.

9. The radish becomes soft and the scallops are added.

10. Stir fry until the soup is milky white, cover and simmer for 1 minute.

11. Wash the parsley and mince.

12. Put the chicken essence in the pot and stir well.

13. Remove the white radish and serve on a plate.

14. Pour in the remaining soup at the end.

15. Finished product.
