Friends sent a lot of sea crabs, although they are not big, they are very fresh. One half is boiled and eaten, half is fried and eaten, one crab and two eaten, each has its own flavor.

Fried Sea Crab

1. Wash the sea crab and cut it in half

2. Mince ginger garlic and chili

3. Stir-fry ginger and garlic in a frying pan

4. Add sea crabs and stir-fry to change color, add cooking wine and vinegar

5. Release light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

6. Put salt and sugar

7. Bring to a boil with water and high heat, then change to medium and low heat

8. Sprinkle chopped green onion

Tips:

Crabs are cold, you can put more ginger and garlic
