Fried Sea Fish

This is the fish we bought back. It is scaled, guts, and gills removed, cleaned up, and rinsed repeatedly. The fish looks small, but it is very fresh.

Spread a little salt on the fish and massage it again.

Add a little ginger, sprinkle some cooking wine, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Add the right amount of oil to the pot. This pot is a bit big. The oil from the fried fish can't be reused except for making fish. So we try to use less oil and waste less. Heat the fish for about 7 minutes and fry the fish slowly.

These fish are also big and small, the big one is fried, and the small one is fried.

Push the fried fish to the side and continue to fry other fish.

In fact, there are 6 deep-fried fish, all of which are deep-fried and served on a plate. We had a very rich meal. There were 3 fish of different sizes, steamed by the proprietress, and braised and deep-fried by us. It was a beautiful dinner.
