Fried Sea Fish in Soy Sauce

Marinate the sea fish with a little salt and pepper for about an hour in advance.

Heat the frying pan and put the sea fish into the medium heat to fry.

Fry both sides until golden brown and set aside for later use.

Put a little olive oil in a hot pan, pour the ginger diced in and fry it until it is fragrant.

Add a little sugar, pepper and water to the soy sauce and boil for a while.

Add the fried fish and simmer for a while and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
