Fried Sea Prawns with Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: sea prawns (washed), bamboo shoots (washed)

Put the cleaned bamboo shoots on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the saucepan to heat up, add the cleaned sea prawns, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add the cut bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
