Fried Sea Prawns with Snail

Ingredients: flower snails (washed), sea prawns (washed), ginger slices, green onions

Put the cleaned snails in a pot of clean water, blanch for 1 minute, then remove

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add ginger slices to the pot

Then, add the cleaned sea prawns and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

Stir fry until cooked

Next, add the blanched snails and stir fry

Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce

Add 0.5 tablespoon sugar

Add 0.5 tsp salt

Seasoning and stir-fry

Finally, put the scallions in, and serve
