Fried Sea Prawns with White Jade Mushroom

Ingredients: sea shrimp (washed), white jade mushroom (washed)

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cleaned sea prawns, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
