Fried Seafood Mushroom

Take fresh seafood mushrooms, wash and dry.

For a bit of mystery, you can cut off the head and tail of the seafood mushroom, add a spoonful of salt and stir well. Remove the water after five minutes.

Put the pepper powder in the egg mixture and stir well. Put the seafood mushrooms into the egg paste so that the seafood mushrooms are filled with egg liquid.

2. Starch can be used directly without bread crumbs.
