Children love to eat shrimps and always try a variety of different methods. Braised prawns in oil are more flavourful and more like to eat. Deep-fried prawns are similar to braised prawns, but they are not the same. The sweet and sour mouth is still a child's favorite.

Ingredients

1. Choose larger shrimp and fry them to remove the prawn guns, whiskers and feet. Pick out the shrimp thread and cut into two pieces.

2. Mix the shrimp segments with starch and flour, add sesame oil, water, and mix well. In addition, make a sauce: green onion and ginger, garlic slices, salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2.5 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar.

3. The prawn sections are deep-fried until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Remove the strainer oil.

4. Leave the bottom oil in the pan, pour the fried prawn segments on high heat, while the pan is hot, cook in the adjusted juice. Stir fry a few times over high heat and get out of the pot.
