Fried Shrimp in Typhoon Shelter

Fry the shrimp and remove the sand thread.

Add cooking wine light soy sauce, salt and pepper, and marinate evenly.

The scallion, ginger, garlic and chili are changed to a knife. This vegetable has a larger amount of garlic. I used two.

Deep fry the marinated shrimp in the pan.

Pour out the oil in the pan, leaving slightly more oil than usual for cooking, pour in the bread crumbles, stir fry, fry until fragrant, and out of the pan.

Pour a little oil in the pot, add the chilli pepper, chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Return the shrimp to the pot.

Stir-fry the light soy sauce evenly out of the pan.

Just serve it.
Tips:
The amount of garlic in this dish should be large, so as to highlight the fragrance of garlic.
This kind of garlic flavor is also needed for frying the garlic first.
Bread crumbs should also be deep-fried, because they are crumbly and particularly oil-absorbing, so use the method of frying instead.
If you like chili, you can increase the dosage.
