Fried Shrimp with Lettuce and Walnut

Peel the fresh prawns in advance, add a little ginger, cooking wine, starch and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for about ten minutes

Tips:
1. Fried walnut oil should not be overheated, otherwise it will burn easily. Be sure to pour the oil into low heat and stir fry immediately after adding the oil
2. Light soy sauce is used when marinating shrimps, do not add too much, because there will be salt
3. This dish is fried twice, and the amount of oil should be controlled carefully
