Fried Shrimp with Mushrooms

Grab the shrimps with cooking wine and starch. After a few minutes, heat up the pan, pour the oil to heat, fry the ginger slices and fry them until fragrant. Pour the shrimps over high heat and stir fry until the color becomes clear.

Pour the mushrooms and stir-fry until they are broken, add the shrimps, add the light soy sauce, bean paste, salt sugar and oyster sauce, stir fry over high heat and add a little water.
