Fried Shrimp with Onion

Prepare the ingredients.

The shrimp must be cut off and cleaned for later use.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Garlic slapped flat; ginger sliced; chives cut into sections.

Add oil to the hot pan and stir-fry the onions.

Stir-fry the onions until they are ripe and serve.

Tips:
1. Don't keep your eyes facing when cutting onions, otherwise it is easy to shed tears.
