Fried Shrimp with Snow Pea

1. Prepare the ginger and garlic, cut it and set aside.

2. Prepare the shrimp, wash and set aside.

3. Add salt, oil, light soy sauce, black pepper, and cooking wine.

4. Add the ginger shreds to the shrimp, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Pinch off the two rhizomes of snow peas.

12. Add snow peas and carrots and continue to stir fry.

13. Add the right amount of salt.

14. Pour the sauce of the marinated shrimp into the pot and continue to stir fry.

15. The vegetables are ready to be out of the pot after they are flavored.

Tips:

Blanching snow peas will be more delicious. The whole cooking process takes about 5-6 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size of the shrimp. The shrimp can be fried for 2 minutes more for reference!
