Fried Shrimp with Snow Pea

Prepare the ginger and garlic, cut it and set aside.

Prepare the shrimp, wash and set aside.

Add salt, oil, light soy sauce, black pepper, and cooking wine.

Add the ginger shreds to the shrimp, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pinch off the two rhizomes of snow peas.

Boil water in a pot and blanch snow peas and carrots.

Blanch for 1 minute, remove and set aside.

Carrot slices, yellow pepper shredded and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot, heat to 50% heat, add the marinated shrimps, and stir-fry evenly.

Add garlic slices and continue to stir fry.

Add yellow pepper shreds and stir-fry evenly.

Add snow peas and carrots and continue to stir fry.

Add the right amount of salt.

Pour the sauce of the marinated shrimp into the pot and continue to stir fry.

Tips:
Blanching snow peas will be more delicious. The whole cooking process takes about 5-6 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size of the shrimp. The shrimp can be fried for 2 minutes more for reference!
