Tips:
When frying the shrimps, pour more oil. My home does not have enough oil, so I pour less and the shrimp skins are not crispy.
If there is too much soup when frying the shrimps, add some water starch so that the soup can be harvested quickly and the shrimp meat will be covered with soup paste.
