Fried Shrimps

First prepare the shrimps. The sea shrimps used here are chilled and live shrimps are the best, but it is not easy to buy live shrimps at this time.

Cut off the beard, pick out the shrimp thread, and prepare some shredded ginger and green onion.

Start the pot, pour the golden dragon fish rice oil, with a little more oil, at least cover the bottom of the pot.

Put the prawns in the pan, spread flat, and fry until shiny and golden.

Be patient during the frying process. Fry slowly on low heat until all the shrimps turn red, then serve on a plate for later use.

Add ketchup, sugar, and a small bowl of water and stir well. If you like a little sour, don't add sugar.

Tips:
1. Some people are lazy and don't remove the shrimp thread every time. Here I tell you that the shrimp thread must be removed. One is dirty, and the other is very bad for the taste.
2. When frying the shrimp, you can lightly press the shrimp head to fry the shrimp oil for better taste.
3. Shrimp avoid eating with certain fruits. Shrimp is rich in nutrients such as protein and calcium. If they are eaten with fruits containing tannic acid, such as grapes, pomegranates, hawthorn, and persimmons, not only will they reduce the nutritional value of protein, but the combination of tannic acid and calcium ions will form an insoluble combination that stimulates the intestines and stomach, causing human discomfort, vomiting, and vomiting.
