Fried Shrimps

Wash the green prawns

Cut the shrimp back and take out the shrimp thread

Chopped green onion and garlic, sliced ginger

Mix all seasonings except green onion, ginger and garlic into seasoning juice

Heat the oil in the pot

Add shrimp and stir fry

Stir-fry until the prawns turn red and produce the shrimp oil, then serve the shrimps

Put the green onion, garlic and ginger in the shrimp pan and sauté
9.
Pour in the seasoning sauce, add the fried prawns, cover the pan and low heat for 2 minutes, open the pan, and stir-fry for about half a minute.
10.
Turn off the fire and serve it out
Tips:
The amount of oil used for stir-frying prawns is slightly more than the usual amount of oil used for stir-frying vegetables.
