Fried Small Meatballs

Wash and chop the peeled pork belly.

Wash edamame and shiitake mushrooms and set aside.
3.
Wash scallions, ginger, garlic and cut.
4.
Mince the millet pepper.
5.
Add edamame, shiitake mushrooms, green onion, ginger, garlic, millet pepper and chopped pork belly, add salt, and chop chicken essence together.

Add the soy sauce, eggs, and flour to the chopped fillings and mix well.
7.
