Fried Snow Peas

Soak snow peas in baking soda for 15 minutes, remove both ends and old tendons.

Heat up the wok and add oil, add snow peas and stir fry.

Wait until the color changes.
4.
Snow peas are tender and don't need to be fried for too long. Pour the light soy sauce and stir evenly, then turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
