Fried Spinach with Egg

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Shred the green onion, shred the ginger, shred the chili pepper, remove the garlic clove and flatten and dice it with a knife.

Stir the egg liquid and wash the spinach for later use (the spinach is not pictured, the text is replaced by 😬😬)

Add edible oil to the fire, heat 70% to smoke

Add the green onion and ginger until fragrant, pour in the egg liquid

The scrambled eggs are then placed with garlic, shredded Zhitian pepper and spinach.
