Fried Squid Rings

Cut the cleaned squid into rings and add it to the cooking wine~

Put starch, bread crumbs and egg liquid in three bowls respectively~

Starch-egg liquid-bread crumbs, in this order, make the squid rings first coat starch, then infiltrate the egg liquid, and finally coat the bread crumbs~

Heat oil, put the squid rings into the pot in turn, and wait until the squid rings are fried until golden brown~
Tips:
When placing the squid rings in the pot, be careful not to put them all together~ leave a little distance~
