Fried Squid Rings
1.
Prepare frozen or fresh squid rings
2.
Clean the edge purple coating
3.
Put the washed squid into the beaten egg and stir
4.
Coated with seasoning powder
5.
Deep fry at 80°C until golden brown out of the pan
6.
Can be decorated on the plate
Tips:
The squid wrapped in egg jelly must be evenly coated with cornstarch so that it will look good when fried!
