Fried Squid Rings
1.
Remove the head and internal organs of a squid, tear off the skin, and clean it.
2.
Cut horizontally into circles.
3.
Boil a pot of hot water and blanch the squid rings. When the squid rings are rolled, they can be taken out immediately without waiting for the water to boil.
4.
Add a little salt, pepper and cooking wine to the squid rings and marinate for about 15 minutes.
5.
Prepare an egg to beat, an appropriate amount of dry starch and bread crumbs.
6.
Roll the squid ring in the starch first, so that it is covered with dry starch.
7.
Then roll in the egg liquid again.
8.
Finally, put it in the bread crumbs to make it covered with bread crumbs.
9.
All made squid rings.
10.
Heat the oil in the pot. Use chopsticks to test the temperature of the oil first. When there are small bubbles around the chopsticks, add squid rings and fry them until they are golden yellow in color.
