Fried Squid Rings

Wash the squid rings, add pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt, and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare the right amount of bread crumbs, egg liquid and flour.

Put in a small saucepan, add an appropriate amount of oil and cook until 70% hot.

Take out the marinated squid rings, wrap them in flour, and cover the whole squid rings with flour.

Put in the egg liquid and wrap it around.

Finally, add bread crumbs so that the whole squid ring is covered with bread crumbs.

Tips:
You can buy fresh squid to make it. It tastes better. I am lazy and buy ready-made squid in the supermarket.
