Fried Squid Rings

Wash the squid and remove the intestines.

Cut the cleaned squid rings into a section about 5mm wide.
3.
Marinate the squid rings with soy sauce, salt, and cooking wine for a while.
4.
Add oil to the pan to heat, and fry the squid rings in the pan.
5.
Fry the surface of the squid until it is slightly yellow.
6.
A simple and delicious dish.
