Fried Squid Rings with Kimchi

Prepare squid rings

Remove the black film of the squid ring and clean it

Add water to the pot and add the squid

Blanch it and boil it

Tips:
1. Remove the black film inside the squid ring;
2. Boil the squid rings with boiling water in advance;
3. Kimchi is relatively salty, so you don't need to add salt later, just add some soy sauce to taste.
