Yesterday I went shopping a lot. I saw that the squid rings were cheaper. I bought some. Today I used kimchi, soaked ginger and soaked chili together. It was very salty and fragrant. Try it if you like it.

Fried Squid Rings with Kimchi

1. Prepare squid rings

2. Remove the black film of the squid ring and clean it

3. Add water to the pot and add the squid

4. Blanch it and boil it

5. Fish out the squid

6. Ready kimchi

7. Kimchi finely chopped

8. Heat oil in a pan, add pepper

9. Add kimchi and garlic slices

10. Stir fry for aroma

11. Add squid

12. Stir fry with some cooking wine

13. Add some soy sauce and chicken essence to season and stir well

14. Loading

Tips:

1. Remove the black film inside the squid ring;
2. Boil the squid rings with boiling water in advance;
3. Kimchi is relatively salty, so you don't need to add salt later, just add some soy sauce to taste.
