Fried Squid Roll with Lily

Prepare the materials first

The squid is cleaned and peeled, then cut into triangular pieces with a flower knife

The cut squid is blanched in boiling water until rolled up and removed to drain

Cut colored pepper into small pieces; cut green onion into small pieces, slice ginger and garlic

Lily break open and wash

Put salt, starch and pepper in a bowl and add a small amount of water to make a juice

Heat the pan, sauté the onion, ginger and garlic

Pour in the squid and lily and stir-fry until the lily becomes transparent
9.
Add colored peppers, pour in the adjusted juice and fry a few times until the juice is collected
Tips:
Fresh lily should not be fried for too long.
