Fried Squid with Bamboo Shoots and Dried Vegetables

Ingredients: squid

Bamboo shoots and dried vegetables (soaked and washed)

Remove the viscera, bone, skin and wash out the squid.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut squid, add some cooking wine and stir fry.
