Fried Squid with Celery

Wash the squid and celery
2.
Celery cut into diagonal strips
3.
Cut squid into strips
4.
Add water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil, blanch the squid in the pot and remove the water to drain
5.
Start the frying pan, put the green onion and ginger
6.
Stir fragrant green onion and ginger and stir-fry the celery
7.
Stir-fry for 1 or 2 minutes, stir-fry the squid
8.
Stir-fry with salt, stir-fry evenly and serve
Tips:
1. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
2. The squid is very delicious, so fresh condiments should not be added.
