Fried Squid with Celery

Prepare the squid meat and wash it.

Add water to the pot.
3.
Put in the squid.

Blanch the water and boil it.
5.
Remove the fish.

Prepare the celery.

Wash and slice celery.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili.

Saute the seasoning.

Add squid.

Add some cooking wine.
12.
Add some soy sauce and stir fry.

Add celery.

With salt.
15.
Season with chicken essence and stir well.

Plate.
Tips:
1. Blanch the squid, don't cook it for too long.
2. Adding some cooking wine can remove the fishy taste and add chili to make it more appetizing.
