Fried Squid with Chives

Ingredients: squid, leeks (the leeks have been cut into sections, and the stems and leaves are separated).

After washing the squid, cut into small pieces.

Boil water in the pot, pour the squid into the pot and blanch it. When the squid pieces turn white and roll slightly, remove them immediately.

Braised squid.

Add oil to the pot and stir fry the leek stalks.

When the leek stems are mature, add the leek leaves and stir fry.

Add the squid, stir fry, add pepper and salt to taste, stir evenly, turn off the heat and take out the pan.

Tips:
The stems and leaves of the leeks should be fried separately to ensure that the whole leeks are not overheated and there is little water.
