Fried Squid with Colored Pepper

Wash fresh squid, beat and slice

Sliced onion and bell pepper

Boil water in a wok, add ginger slices and cooking wine, then add the cut squid slices, blanch the squid and drain the water

Heat the oil in the wok, add minced ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Add sliced onion and stir fry for a fragrance

Add squid slices and stir fry for a while

Add the barbecued pork sauce, stir-fry well

Add oyster sauce and stir well

Finally, add colored peppers, fry them, and season with salt.
Tips:
1. Adding cooking wine and ginger slices when the squid is blanched can get rid of the fishy smell;
2. The colored peppers do not need to be fried for a long time to avoid loss of vitamins.
