Fried Squid with Kelp

Ingredients: squid (washed).

Kelp silk (already soaked).
3.
Shredded ginger and dried chili.
4.
Wash the soaked seaweed shreds.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the washed squid on the chopping board and cut into shreds, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the dried chili and ginger shreds to the saucepan.

Next, add the kelp shreds and stir fry.

Then, add the cut squid, add some cooking wine and stir fry until cooked.

Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.
