Fried Squid with Leek and Green Bean Sprouts

Ingredients: Leek

Squid

Mung bean sprouts (cleaned)

Wash and remove the leeks.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Clean the squid with its internal organs, peeled skin and remove.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the squid, add some cooking wine and stir fry.
